Keep up the good work, but how about a little more for general aviation pilots and aircraft owners? This state has MANY airfields but no airfield guide, no state sectional chart and no website to help pilots in PA. This is a significant revenue stream just waiting to be acted upon! Thanks!
Closing down the left lane for over 5 miles...for absolutely no reason what so ever is completely ridiculous. Caused a traffic jam of over 45 minutes on 5-15-17.
Third time getting a permit renewal deferred because of stupid reasons. Their "priority" reprocessing takes a month, they wait until records expire to mail back a response, and their employees can't be bothered to read their own forms. Absolutely furious.

I81 construction is pitiful. Normally about a 4 hr drive from the Md state line to the NY state line takes 5 1/2 hrs. Worst areas just north of Harrisburg AND around mile marker 119. The second delay was a CREEP for over 5 miles. Then left lane closed and still CREEPING for 3-4 miles. Evidently putting down new pavement and painting lines. INEFFICIENCY!!!! We've been driving I81 for 43 years and there's never been a summer or winter that construction has not delayed a normal arrival time at our destination. 6/22/17
Probably one of the most inefficient DOTs in the country. Roads in Susquehanna county go unrepaired for YEARS, leading drivers to drive dangerously to avoid potholes or suffer vehicle damage. Construction delays on I-81 are absolutely unacceptable. I-81 is the biggest road in the area and one of the only means of accessing Scranton, a major business hub. Delays can be up to an hour and these construction projects are rarely short term, sometimes lasting for years at a time.
