Reported an employer, got a letter back said I had ten days to respond with evidence. Nobody has answered any calls I made. I left multiple voicemails and have heard nothing. Even sent an email to the investigator supposedly handling my case asking how I can send my call logs and other proof. Never got a reply. These people really do not do their jobs. What a horrible service they offer. Wish I can find a way to report them to someone higher up for not doing their jobs. Horrible how these people can have high paying jobs and don't a damn thing to help anyone...
