I visited Bob’s for the first time a week ago. A friend of mine recommended this store to me; to my surprise, it was not a typical furniture store experience. The two sales people I dealt with last week and tonight, Greg C And Dave L, were not only helpful, but very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. These two gentlemen both deserve a five star rating, and are the reason we will definitely come back again as well as recommend to our friends.

Our salesman was Greg C. He was very helpful both times we came into the store. He gave me great ideas on paint colors and accents. The second time we came in to make our purchases he was fantastic. Never pushy or in a hurry. He was very friendly and personable. Thanks Craig. My living room turned out beautiful. I will recommend you to friends and family.
Great Experience at the Harrisburg store. We were warmly greeted by salesman, Wayne Miller. No pressure, just encouraged us to browse and let him know if we had any questions. Wayne was very helpful when we decided to purchase a new living room set! Wayne's friendliness added a personal touch to our visit and we look forward to the delivery of our new furniture!
Visited the Harrisburg PA store yesterday and the salesman Gary Smith made the whole experience very easy. We needed two bedroom sets and as well as a dining room set. The prices were very good overall and we're quite pleased with the styles. Gary even set us up with a great mattress that was reduced on closeout! saving me nearly 700 dollars on the total purchase! Bob's pricing policy is outstanding and I know we got a great deal!
Gary Smith is the most helpful and knowledgeable salesman you will ever get to work with. I got a new, wonderful, amazing bed all with his assistance. He takes the time to really listen to what you want and then will help you find what you need. I have been buying things from him for the last ten years (I was his customer at his previous employer) and he had never once pointed me in the wrong direction. If you want to buy something from someone who isn't going to BS you he is the one to talk to.
