How does this place stay open? Sad. This was the place to shop 40 years ago. Craftsman! Levi jeans! RCA tv! How does one grade a place that's struggling to exist. I give 3 stars for nostalgia sake.

Worst Sears store I have ever been to. They never answer the phones, they cancel home deliveries and cancel entire orders without even a phone call saying don't bother waiting all afternoon for a bed that's Not coming...then the icing on the cake...They Charge you and keep sending you bills for something you Never Recieved! You go through the dispute area without result just to find out you need to talk with the general manager of a store that CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE....management is doing a poor job...just saying. They for sure lost any future business from this family!
As a former regular customer of sears, a combination of mismanagement, steadily declining quality of product, and failure to adapt to a changing customer, has left this place a depressing and expensive place to shop. I only saw one person actually working a register on a Saturday night leading up to Christmas. I get the feeling that's all they can afford, and it's very sad. The End is near for this formerly great store.
Always liked Sears, but the store looks nearly deserted. Feel bad for the employees as who knows how long they'll have the job. Craftsman tools and Kenmore appliances have been what I like most and their dress shoes are pretty good. Fortunately I've gotten employees to help me when I've been there, hope they keep the store and revitalize it.
