Shopping and sales were excellent but please modernize your cash registers. You clerks are so helpful and professional but stuck with old malfunctioning equipment.
All Departments are okay except the shoe department. I asked an employee for help and was told, "I can help you in a minute. I am helping another lady then I can help you. I'll be right back". Twenty minutes later I went to the checkout and he was helping everyone there. Totally ignored me. Finally he said can I help you?. I told him no that I was going to another store where I could get help without waiting twenty minutes. This isn't the first time I have had this same problem at this stores shoe department. I would not recommend this store.
Paying for your purchase isn't fun here. The registers are scattered around the different departments. The aisles in the different departments are too crowded with the merchandise overflowing into the aisles and usually they are unstaffed as they expect the cashiers to also take care of all the departments needs. Had an extremely rude salesperson the last time we shopped here.
I love Boscov's! The store is clean, well organized and the sales people that I have dealt with are very pleasant, that makes me feel like a welcomed shopper. Now let's talk about their prices, are they reasonable or what!? There's always some kind of deal going on and who doesn't want a deal?
Great prices if one hits the right sales. Nice selection of merchandise. Store is clean, and racks are kept organized. Sometimes it's hard to find a cashier, but still usually a good shopping experience.
