I love shopping at Macy's because I always find good deals at reasonable prices.
At Macy there are 3 floors to explore from Backstage in the basement were you can find all age size clothing, toys shoes at a discount price. Credit cards welcomed. Elevator stops on all floors.
I bought a jacket on Black Friday but place a different size on hold as well. Their was a young guy name Abdul that helped me find my item on Sunday that I had place on hold on Black Friday. I wasn’t able to pick it up within 24 hours but I called the store and they placed it on hold again for me. I really appreciate his customer service on finding my item, he didn’t have a clue where it was but he didn’t give up or turn me away like someone else would have done. A sales associate like him really cares about the customers and gives satisfaction guaranteed service so I just wanted to thank him again.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in the department and was asked if they could help me. Very courteous and upbeat salespeople. Just discovered their outlet store on the lower level. Great bargains!
