TTC is the "go-to" place in the Capitol region for good selection and knowledgeable staff. There are 2 stores, one in Harrisburg and one in Lemoyne. I recommend trying both, since their selections are different. Prices are decent as well, and the locals chillin' in the lounge areas are good for conversation.
