I hate to write this review, because I love this place. it was our to go place for every game. But ever since the Manager/Menu has changed this place is awful. The Service is to the bottom. Our average spending was about $300 a week not including tips.
Was picking up food for someone so I can't attest to the quality, but I was told the ribs she got were good and the time it took to get them was reasonable.
Food was good, service was ok, delivered food pretty quickly! It was a different experience.....
I'd go again, they should just probably have an extra person working for after work hours.
It was not busy on a Sunday evening for our group outing. Staff was friendly, but food was lacking - my boneless wings were cold.
Friendly bartender, once she appeared at the bar, but in fairness she was in the kitchen bringing out a take out order (just seemed like quite a while).
Arooga's had an awesome promotion for Father's Day today. As a father my meal was free. It fit with the kids' budget. That made them happy too. However the one caveat that took the air out of my review was that there was close to an hour wait from the time we were seated, placed our order and were served. No one mentioned to us there was such a bottleneck otherwise I can assure you that we had better things to do than to wait for our dinner at Aroogas, Not a great experience to give this critical Google Guide. Perhaps your performance is better with less traffic. I hope so.
