Carol is a great asset to your establishment. Very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for something special and she me find what I wanted. If you have a employee of the month it should be her. She cares about her customers and also her company. Great to see today.
Great atmosphere and great tasting food. I didn't go there to buy the taste. The pancakes with ..'' mommas breakfast'' were excellent. The eggs and and sausage were tiny. Folks I could fit the eggs from two orders on one slice of bread. I mentioned it and the waitress and she apologized. Eggs are cheap, what gives? The sausage patties were half dollar size. Again, tiny!
Great food at decent prices. Never tried their steak before so I took the plunge this afternoon with the 10oz ribeye. I prefer my steak medium well and they hit the nail on the head. The quality of the steak was better than I expected too. I was pleasantly surprised.
Typical example of a Cracker Barrel. We came at what I'd consider an off-peak time, and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for a 3-top. The restaurant itself could use a deep cleaning and some TLC on the tables and chairs, but the service was quick and super friendly, so it's not a bad option for those passing through the area.
I'm completely disappointed and will not ever return.
I had a great time with my family as it was our first time at the restaurant. We lived the gift shop and our dining experience was awesome. The waitress was kind enough to speak with the chef about my allergy to strawberries as I ordered the summer fruit side not knowing it had strawberries in it. The waitress came back out and was already prepared to give me a few other choices that the chef could substitute my side with. We will definitely be back again and the staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is awesome as well. We loved looking at the decor and seeing how different things were back in the old days. We absolutely loved it!!
