Been there previously for a Hitch fixed and they didn't know what to do. It kept messing my brake and parking lights up. They could not fix it, so I had to have them take the hitch off. Of course they didn't give me my money back. O well. Suck it up I told myself. But it isn't the greatest place for assistance.
I was there a second time and was told that the bottom rim on the propane tank was bent slightly and they couldn't fill it. Took it somewhere else and had it filled.
Staff are not the friendliest around. Only went for a Propane Refill at $2.99 a gallon and got it on the first trip.
Simple and painless rental process. Makes moving easier. Only suggestion is get rid of the dolly and bag of mats they take up space for those that don't require them.

I went to ask about getting a truck. He told me that all he had was a pick up truck. He didn't try to look to see what anyone else had or anything. I then look on the website and it tells me that they did have one in the size that would have been perfect.
They also had two different ones on display and yet couldn't pull those to use....
