We were greeted immediately, waistress was nice and very knowledgeable about the menu , food was great / restaurant and restrooms were clean . The only problem was trying to work the Kiosk . Unable to post review
Food was good. Wait wasn't too long but the service wasn't so good. The waiter took awhile to come back after are food was delivered.
Was rather disappointed with our food...seems the only one out of four of us that had a good meal was the one who got the burger. Had been there two years ago w/my grandson to celebrate his birthday and it was awesome. Not the same but the wait staff and manager were awesome.
We've been going to the high Pointe Commons chili for years and over the last year-and-a-half the service was very very bad meals missing stuff wrong meals take forever to get drink refills.. what's a night we had a server name Tyler I can't say enough good things about this young man he took five orders I should say special orders because some things were changed in each order this young man remembered everything that we told him we got our orders exactly the way they were placed he came back continuously to refill our drinks and we were very very pleased with his excellent service so if you can on your next visit try to be seated where he is serving if all the servers everywhere was like this young man eager to please great personality and I should say one heck of memory we just can't say enough about him if you read this Tyler thanks again for your wonderful Pleasant excellent service.
Awesome food and drinks. I recommend eating here versus take out (haven't had much luck with this service but the errors were corrected each time). Always a great waitstaff inside. Nice seating and plenty of parking outside.
