Someone should give both the staff and the manager some history lessons. I went for some burgers and a beer with an ID from Puerto Rico. Waitress said i needed a state id or my US passport. My look of pure what the heck must have let her know she made no sence to me. Went to talk to the manager he told her the same thing. I asked to speak to him and he did not accept my ID either saiying sinfe its not a state but a territory it wasnt valid. If I can go across the entire us with my ID as a US citizen why cant I use it here? Neither me nor the customers next to me think it made any sence.
Great sports bar with TV's in just about every direction so you never miss a game. Food menu has a lot of options and food was fresh.
I wish I could give zero stars! This place sucks! They charged me for 2 platters just because I wanted 10 wings with fries. They brought me two separate baskets with 5 wings on fries and another 5 wings on fries. I only wanted one order of fries with 10 wings. Our appetizer came AFTER our regular meals. There was no wait to be seated but once we ordered our drinks we didn't see the waitress for another 15 minutes. Once we ordered, we didn't get our food for about another half hour or longer. The waitress ignored the fact that our food was taking so long and came to the table twice to ask us if we were ok but not once said sorry your do is will be up shortly. Not sure what she needed to check on us at that point for. Sure we're doing fine with our cups of water, but how long for the food?! We spent a total of about an hour and a half in there and we left as soon as we finished.
Worst dining experience ever. Bartenders were terrible. Took 30 minutes to receive any drinks. Moscow mule came with no alcohol at all. No one knew what shots were actually available, three times I was told they had a particular liqour and each time they came back and said they didn't have it. The worse part of it all is I was charged a unauthorized 6.00 after I left the restaurant, and trust me it wasn't gratuity. Not only will this be disputed I will take it up with the better business bureau.
Absolute worst Aroogas I have ever been to. Sat for 20 minutes until the servers could decide whose table we were at. Took forever to get food, didnt get appetizer until meals came out and then half of the meals were missing and one order was wrong. Server was sassy with us when we questioned the delay. Manager was very nice and corrected everything but it shouldnt have to be like that.
