Would not recommend staying. Had a horrible experience. Didnt stay long enough to unpack a bag. One room had broken lights, door that wouldn't stay open and dog hair on bed. Next was better until we saw a bug climbing around in the bed. Finally we saw a clump of human hair in the last room and I just had it. Plus pool & hot tub were closed. One staff member on duty so no real help. Very bad experience.
Accommodations were nice and comfortable. Clean room. Breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed my stay here. Dog friendly hotel so be prepared for that. My daughter loves dogs so she was in heaven.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The lobby is decorated in an ultra modern theme. The staff was very friendly and gracious.the room was clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area is spacious and the food was well stocked. Overall I would give this property high marks. On a side note, keep in mind that this is a pet friendly hotel. While that doesn't bother me at all, I could see it being a problem if you have allergies or some kind of respitory problem that may be aggravated by pets having been in your room previously. If they were to have a designated floor or set of rooms were pets were prohibited then I would have gone with five stars.
The room was fine. Breakfast was good. The only reason I made a reservation was because of the pool so my kid could swim. At check in, sign said pool was closed for repairs. Had they told me ahead of time I would have cancelled my reservation.
We really wanted to love our stay here. We love La Quinta for their pet friendly policy, however we specifically booked this location for the indoor pool so our kids could swim. We were very disappointed to learn the pool had been out of commission for at least two weeks, due to resurfaced, and not expected to be running for quite some time. I feel guests should be notified of this in advance. In addition, our bathroom faucet exploded and water was gushing all over! They did come and fix it and let us use an empty room next door to finish brushing our teeth. The room was very nice but quite dark, and the bathroom door had no lock. However breakfast was great and the lobby of this hotel was beautiful!
