I loved it. The rooms were clean and nice. The AC and heat were easy to control. Staff was friendly. I had dinner at the bar there and it was great. No complaints here.
Based on my stay at the "Best Western Premier at Harrisburg, PA" it was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding by all staff members. When we arrived at the Premier it was just simply beautiful with the Holiday decorations. The music was so relaxing an welcoming as you arrived. As I was greeted by Randy at the Front desk he greeted me with a smile and he answered all of my questions and concerns. Randy also, called after I checked in to see if, everything was okay with my room. He extended his customer service by making sure we were fine by periodically checking on us. Also, Katie extended her customer service to us by helping with an request for our family. Everyone was so helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay at the Premier. In HARRISBURG, PA the Best Western Premier hotel is your it hotel. If, you want amenities, accommodations, restaurant, pool and fitness center this is the place you would want to stay.
Great experience! Super convenient that there is a pub connected to the hotel! The only thing I would change in the pub is the lighting. Too bright. A pub needs to be dark and cozy. Ambiance is so important. Lights and music need to be adjusted accordingly throughout the day/evening. Jared, at the pub is outstanding! He really made our evening. Hotel-wise, Randy at the Front Desk was very nice. Beds/sheets/comforters-very nice. Convenient location right off freeway. We will be back!
We go out of our way to stay at this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and responsive to any issues. There is also a great open grassy area to walk the dog. The food and service at the restaurant are excellent. After a long day on the road it is so convenient to be able to just walk into a great restaurant right off the lobby. We had both dinner and breakfast. The eggs and cinnamon buns were to die for!
Loved this hotel! Beautiful and staff is exceptional. Amazing pool. Great family suites and irish restaurant. Games room and fitness centre is huge. Laundry is 2 big washer and dryers but i gave 4 stars cause i feel like there should be more washers and dryers for size of hotel. Will def. Be staying here again
