I've been in the automotive business all my life. Recently I decided to buy a truck to replace a sports car. When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with kindness and respect immediately. I had a discussion with Ryan before he introduced me to Sydney who helped me through the process. What great people they are! Not only did I buy a new Dodge truck, I made new friends.
The service department is great! Honestly couldn't ask for anything better from the family. So happy and proud to deal with this dealership ! If anyone needs a vehicle - buy from them! Sydney is a great salesman !

Wishing there was less then 1 stars to give! Everytime I get my vehicle/any of our family vehicles serviced here there is an issue! The issue doesn't get resolved, there are problems setting up appointments for the correct vehicle, false information is given to you. FRUSTRATING!!!
I actually had a great time looking for a truck and buying it. I never thought that would be possible. Thanks to James (my sales rep) at Freedom that is no longer the case. I now have a new safe reliable truck for my family.
I had an oil change on Monday only to realize days later that my hood to my Jeep will not shut. A NEW problem for my vehicle which is unacceptable. I thought my hood was going to fly open on the highway with the winds from today. Safety is so important and they failed to ensure I was safe. I called the service department before they closed and was rudely placed on hold twice only to be sent to a voicemail. Terrible service for someone who has purchased 3 vehicles here and recommended another. All I want is a serviced vehicle with a smooth appointment. All I received was an unsafe vehicle and poor service. Please save your time and go elsewhere, I will too!!!
