I would recommend securing financing before shopping here, but it is probably the same at any dealer. I didn't want to purchase the extended warranties, but they didn't want to take no for an answer... I finally had to sign something that said "My car won't break" after an hour of refusing the extra warranties.
Purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner everyone was great. There was no pressuring me into anything I didn’t want.they made sure I got the vehicle I truely wanted.everyone was patient and friendly. I will not purchase a vehicle anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. I have bought multiple cars from multiple dealers, but no other dealership compares. I hope your happy you lost a valuable customer today. After waiting 3.5 hours for an oil change...they gave my keys to another customer..and had to wait another 45 minutes for the woman to return them. Please spare yourself. This company does not deserve your money. I will be buying my next Toyota elsewhere. Thanks for making this decision easier :)
