Dr. Simmons is filled with compassion, and treats animals as if they are one of his own. I am glad that I have a vet to go to that answers all my silly questions, and is reassuring. I have been going to an office that was more into taking your money, and not listening to your concerns. My pets are my children, and I am thankful that they now have a doctor that not only takes great pride, but is humble and passionate about animals. I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Simmons. Very compassionate, and sensitive to your needs!

Dr.Simmons was awesome and thourough and he also waited for me to arrive because of traffic instead of leaving at 5pm. He gave me advice about Bullmastiffs and a complete exam including checking the microchip. We discussed the possible side effects of the vaccine and I was happy and my dog at ease. If I lived in Harrisburg I would go here! Thank you so much!
Had my dear old campanion, Gandalf operated on July 14 ,2017 for tennis ball sized fatty tumor from under his leg. The tumor was removed by Dr Simmons and his assistance Liz Root. The operation was a great success. Dr Simmons came out after the surgery and explained how it went. They were very considerate in letting me take him home early so it would be easier to get him in and out of the car His stitches are out and he's chasing tennis balls again. I am so grateful. The entire staff Dr Kyle, Dr Simmons , Liz Root, Michelle, And Janel are just Awesome. I would recommend them to anyone,
I wouldn't even give this place 1 star... I had gone here to get my dog fixed, and had checked with the office beforehand as to what anesthesia they use. They said they didn't know, and to check with the vet the day of the surgery. The day of the procedure, they still wouldn't tell me. My breed of dog is very sensitive to certain medications, and I wasn't going to agree to the surgery until they told me. After trying to get the information from the staff for nearly a half hour, I decided to leave without the surgery. Right after I got home, Noah's called me and told me that my dog and I were banned from coming back; because the vet didn't like that I was questioning his judgement. This place should be shut down!!!
I was concerned about the canine influenza and visiting Harrisburg. I called 3 other vets and no one was concerned or cared that I needed the vaccine before checking in the hotel. However, Noah's ark squeezed me into the schedule and I was so grateful!
