Quick service and helpful employees. Clean and beautiful old charming building. Never really saw any homeless people the many times I've been here like I've seen another comment about. Not that it matters to me. We're all human with our own personalized struggles. No one is exempt from that.
The employees are very helpful. The station ,bathroom clean, love love that it's handicapped accessible and they enforce it! Almost everyone in this town is nice . Also the Pennsylvanian train from new York number 43 leaving from NYC Thursday March 23, so roomy comfortable and the employees who take the ticket are very nice professional and I like that they stand outside of the train ask you where you going and suggest what car to be seated and they speak loud enough to tell you what's the next stop ! So far satisfied customer!
I take Amtrak to work everyday and love the transportation experience. Allows me to get my work done on my commute. Very friendly staff and reasonably on time!
Nice place and great system. The people just loitering out front belie the nice station inside. Still 5 stars!
