Good store but one time I had called searching for LIVE pet rats and the lady said they had mice and rats I get down here and I'm told they were frozen and do not have live ones.
Huge place and staff are friendly and helpful. They have a seevice center for pets for grooming etc., what caught my attention is they have this sweet treat stand that looks like your in a fancy bakery shop. Although most of their items I must say are expensive!

I absolutely love Petco. On my first trip, I was looking for special digestive food for my cat and this very kind associate gave me honest recommendations. It took me forever to find my cat food that wouldn't upset his stomach and with the help of petco staff, he finally has a good food.
Nice, clean, new store! Great selection of products! Customer service could potentially step it up a notch with some additional friendliness. I love going to a store where the employees are excited to greet customers always! =)
