On two occasions the one worker there was rude. Skip Progress and shop at one of the other nearby stores.
The ladies (I believe one was Lauren, but I forget your names, I'm sorry!!) who worked here the day I was in (Tuesday afternoon) were both incredibly helpful! They were very friendly when I walked in, and when I told them what I was shopping for, they were willing to help me every step of the way. I have zero sense of style, and they put together outfits with accessories for me, helped to tell me what fit me well and what didn't, offered to get alternative sizes, etc. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience and I will definitely come back anytime I need help picking out outfits. If you need help putting together outfits, absolutely stop here first. Good job francescas, thank you!!
