The receptionist was very polite and had great Customer service and the young lady who ran my tests was very professional and polite. She was really caring. However, the doctor was gruff and not to concerned and kind of rude. Otherwise the two ladies that were before him I loved. They showed that they cared.
I went for mandated DOT physical. Waited almost an hour before being called for the "easy stuff"... height/weight (bmi), blood pressure, eyes, ears... did most of the cert exam fairly quickly. Then i was led to exam room. Told to strip and wear essentially a hospital gown. Waited another 30 minutes. Doctor was great. But long periods of time wearing a backless frock... heat would be nice.

Concentra staff are very helpful and friendly. Also their location is ideal, not too far from home or work. I love that they have everything in one place too. Super convenient for someone like me who lives paycheck to paycheck.
