The best Italian restaurant in the Harrisburg area. A wide variety of meals on the menu at reasonable prices. Outstanding service and atmosphere.
We were told when we arrived that there was a 15 minute wait, which turned into 45 minutes. When we finally did get to sit down we didn't have a waitress come to our table until we sat there for almost 15 minutes. We ordered our food and it still took forever for even our salads to come to the table. My friend ordered soup and it was cold. The spinach-artichoke dip I got came with burnt bread that obviously tasted terribly. When we got out main meal they only got one of our orders right and she enjoyed it. My meal had burnt chicken in it and my other friends pasta wasnt very good. When our waitress was present she was very nice and her service was very nice otherwise. We probably won't go back here.
We have made 'reservations' with this place twice and both times we had to wait very long times before getting a table. Service was also very slow and the food wasn't worth the wait (or expense).
I have dined at this one before and remember great service and a tasty meal. I love the unlimited soup & breadsticks too.I will visit again very soon. ONE MORE POINT: Another customer posted here, about sitting at the bar and getting great service-I agree AND I might have been one of the diners sitting/eating alone at the full service bar, that she talked to....just a thought.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I liked and I wouldn't go there again myself. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because the waitresses were at least friendly and the place fairly clean.
After driving 10 hours we decided to stop for dinner here. Waited 50 minutes to be seated and then we were approached by a waitress after 5-10 minutes that noticed we were seated in an unassigned table. She was wonderful. Friendly, sweet, fast and cheerful. She made the experience a good one. Thank you Terianna, (Teri) you were much appreciated by tired travelers! Our 5 star rating is thanks to you.
