My visits to this or any other library are for times of quiet solitude to read or perform research. As you have hopefully have gleaned from the above this library is certainly not a place to do those things.
The staff at this local area library are AMAZING.. The most courteous people you will ever meet...You can blame them for my zeal for the electronic age. They taught me how to use computers again. The staff is a credit to the town I have resided in for over three years now. They have answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and professional way. So if you can stop by and sit a spell and soak up the local flavor of knowledge. They are very transgender FRIENDLY. This is one of the first public places in Pennsylvania I appeared as my authentic self.. Plus the tables have outlets to plug in your computers to use there. Free wi fi. We like the word free.

What ever happened to people automatically lowering their voices when entering a library. Or the librarian and staff seeing that the environment remains quiet for the respect of others.
A great library! Has a comfortable and well-organized interior. Led by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of computer terminals.
As I sit in this library I am appalled at the level of noise being generated adults including staff and teenage visitors.
Love this library and I live on the west shore.
I sincerely hope I am not alone in my concern over the mismanagement of this library regarding the constant noise.
I closed my eyes and could imagine myself in a bus or train station with loud conversation, people shouting at one another and unruly children running from their parents while loudly being admonished by others.
Attempts in seeking to reduce this by voicing my concerns to staff temporarily corrects the issue but soon it is back to the original aggravating level.
