His ability to listen to his clients’ needs is extraordinary. He plans his every move and carries it through with utmost concentration and doesn’t engage in conversations with others while he is applying color on your hair. He seems to be extremely comfortable with his clients regardless of their ethnicity.

Amazing people. The kindest and most helpful. They allowed me to set up my charity out front of their store. Gracious and warm hosts. Love them.

I went to Regis three times to be exact and my hair still did not turn out icy blonde. It was more like blorange and to be certain, I don’t plan on rocking the blorange hair trend anytime soon. I decided to go to Ulta and give it a shot. Two of the staff members there suggested that I speak to Gilad and make an appointment.

Nice salon. It can be pricey but overall worth it. Wish they had more focus on healthier products but all-in-all nice store. Rewards card is a must-have if you go here often.

Shopping here made me really uncomfortable. I had a genuine question about a product and no one was around to ask. I searched through the shelves for ages trying to find what I was looking for; clearly needing help. It felt like I was actively being avoided. For a male in a store primarily catering to females this made me feel unwelcome. It's possible they were avoiding everyone but it sure didn't feel that way.

I called and asked to schedule an appointment. I was told sure and was asked to wait for a minute. I was left on hold for over 8 minutes. When a second employee picked up they had no idea what I was waiting for (apparently first girl completely forgot about me). If you're too busy to schedule an appointment that's fine, but tell me instead of leaving me on hold. I was on the phone 15 minutes resulting in no appointment. On a happier note I was able to score an appointment elsewhere and everyone is saying the place I'm going to is very good

My biggest mistake was skipping going to a stylist and using a box color at home which made my hair look bland and boring since the box color contains just one formula and having pre-existing highlights, I ended up with orange roots and that was not the type of color dimension I was looking for. I decided to book an appointment to see a stylist and get my hair to an icy blonde color.

On the day of my appointment, I was politely greeted by Gilad with a friendly handshake. I showed him an image of the icy blonde look I was trying to go for and he agreed to do his best. He is extremely professional and knowledgable when it comes to explaining what hair styling products and hair coloring products he is using on your hair.

I have been trying to go platinum blonde for a long time. Considering the amount of time it was going to take my black hair to get lighter and ultimately get to the icy platinum blonde, I knew I was going to have to be patient and be ready to go through the awkward stage of yellow and brassy hair. A brief history of my hair; a year ago, I decided to get blonde highlights which lasted for about a month or two and I ended up using box color to turn my hair to dark brown.

So, I decided to go to Regis Salon which was affordable. My biggest mistake was picking Regis and not doing enough research on finding the right salon. Regis turned out to be super mediocre. I do appreciate the effort and talent when I see it, but I could have done better. I am not aware of how other people feel but to me, getting my hair colored is a very important task.

He seems to be staying on top of the latest trends, and tends to integrate those trends into your personal style. He genuinely cares about the health of your hair and recommends the right products. I came out of the salon with a hairstyle that looked and felt fabulous. I will be back again.

I called a few salons and asked for a consultation. I ended up going to Lords & Ladies Salon to get an in-person consultation to discuss the full range of color options. I was told there was no guarantee that my hair was going to get as lighter as I wanted it to be in just one visit, and that I would have to come back at least three to four times. Their rate was somewhat high, and I wasn’t planning on spending a fortune to look like Kim Kardashian.
