The store was packed and very busy two days before Christmas, yet we were offered help by 3 different people within 5 minutes of walking in. Excellent and friendly service. We were out the door with the laptop we wanted in less than 15 minutes.
Bought a couple "Minis" price was cut next day, went back in, tell me they can't match price? Just returned them and got them online from a different store.
Our experience with the salesman was very good. As soon as we entered the computer department he approached us and asked if he could help us. He was very knowledgeable, answered our questions and was able to recommend equipment to satisfy our needs. Am very happy with our first visit.
Great experience with purchasing a new phone. Non pushy staff but still extremely knowledgeable. Had all the right equipment to make a fast purchase and transfer of old data. Love the 14 day period to decide if you want the Best Buy Geek Squad protection and for a full device return as well.
Awesome place with a lot of interesting finds. Top notch customer service and attention by the staff. Slow line at check out but you could not expect less on a black Friday when all store is completely packed. Would recommend to everyone, the staff is very tech savvy and will be able to assist you the best they can.

Went in for a specific printer. It was on sale, they sold out, so they called another store. The other store placed them on hold then hung up on them. Pathetic. I left with something I don't want, ordered the correct one online and returned the original.
