If I could give this practice zero stars, I would do so. I spoke with a Melissa in scheduling, who was very unprofessional and rude to me pertaining to me becoming a new patient. I just moved to the area, and wanted to make Blue Mountain my medical facility, but because of how rudely I was treated, I will look elsewhere.
I would select 0 if the system allowed. Stuck in voice mail HELL call center, it's hard to speak with anyone in the doctor's office directly. Three months to get an appointment for a physical. No thank you! You guys are way too busy for me. It appears you have too many patients to maintain quality services.

Had an urinalysis for my adderall, results stated I had seizure medicine, and heroine.... but not my adderall in my system which is weird as I have been taking it as directed, so it should of popped up. Never have I touched those other two things in my life. They accused me of doing those items They called me for another sample. Went in and gave one. They called back and said I never gave one and I was no longer able to get my prescription. I got the bill for both drug test. Which the second one actually showed my adderall and none of the other two. Which shows they messed up the first time. It’s funny as they didnt even call me with my results of the second one as they knew they were at fault and didnt want to admit to it.i had to call them and let them know. They also billed me for both tests. Said they would try to do something for me as i believe i shouldnt have to pay for their mistake and also all the hassle i been put through with this matter... weeks past and still havent heard back from them. So very unprofessional!!!
