For an entire year now, due this faulty procedure, I have had to visit different doctors seven times for a root canal and filling replacements.
Dr. Hockenberry caused me tremendous pain and suffering.
After the procedure, I experienced intense pain on all sides of my mouth and unbearable cold sensitivity as well and intense isolated headaches. It was very difficult for me to eat.
He drilled a giant hole in tooth# 31 that reached all the way to my nerve when the previous x ray did not even clearly identify a cavity. Dr. H meanwhile tried his best to deny any wrongdoing.
The dentist completed fillings for one side of my mouth at around 9:30am. Less than two hours later he called me back again for the other side, while my mouth was still numb. This was very unusual according to the dental hygienist. I assume that since I had to leave for college the next day, he did not want to lose me as a customer and the chance to charge a large sum to my insurance.
I went to Dr. Hockenberry for the first time for a routine checkup. He identified several cavities on both sides of my mouth much to my surprise. He squeezed me into two appointments the very next day.
No one should have to go through the amount of suffering as I have because of Dr. H.!
Long story short, since then I have had several follow up appointments with other dentists, an oral surgeon and a lawyer. They were all shocked at what Dr. Hockenberry had wrongfully done to me without a doubt.
